Yes. I work rain or shine, heat and cold!
Rain: I need a dry place to work, such as a parking garage, car port, or under an overhang. The windshield must stay dry during the repair, so if it also very windy, please park your vehicle in an enclosed area.
Heat: for the safety of your windshield and my health, please make sure there is a shady place to park your vehicle during the repair if the temperature is above 80 degrees.
Cold: the air temperature must be above freezing for the resin to cure. If it is just a few degrees below freezing, it is usually warm enough in a garage to complete the repair as normal.
The entire appointment usually lasts 20-30 minutes. I only need a few minutes of your time before and after the repair to fill out the paperwork and process your payment.
I am open 6-days per week and can usually service customers on the same
day or
within 24-hours.
My work is guaranteed. Please see the guarantee page for complete details. If you still have questions about my guarantee, call me at .

If you have glass coverage, your insurance company may waive the deductible. If your glass claim is approved, the repair can be completed with no out-of-pocket expense to you.
I accept credit cards and debit cards through PayPal. You do not need a PayPal account to use this service.
Your payment is processed on the secure PayPal servers, not on my website. Therefore, GlassLogic does not collect any of your financial information and cannot issue a credit card receipt. Make sure to print your PayPal receipt at checkout to show me proof of your payment.

Yes, I offer a significant discount for the second and third rock chips if they are all repaired during the same appointment.
GlassLogic belongs to most major insurance networks. The technician will verify your insurance coverage when he arrives for your appointment. If your glass claim is approved, I bill the insurance company for you.
If your insurance company is not affiliated with the insurance networks, I provide you with a receipt that you can use to request reimbursement from your insurance company.
Companies who offer free repairs are referring to the fact that your insurance company may waive your deductible if you choose repair instead of replacement. If you have glass coverage and the repair claim is approved, I do the repair with no out-of-pocket expense to you.
If your glass claim is not approved, I require payment at time of service. I provide you with a receipt that you can use to request reimbursement from your insurance company.
For more information about how to determine if glass damage is repairable, visit the chip and crack repair page.
If you focus your eyes on the repaired area you will be able to see a blemish where the resin was injected into the windshield. Although there is usually an improvement in the appearance of the damaged area after it is repaired, this is not always the case and I do not guarantee that you won't be able to see the repair. This is why I do not repair damage directly in your line of vision. (Some insurance companies do not allow any repairs on the driver's side of the windshield.)
The type of break, the age of the damage, and the amount of contamination inside the break are all factors in how much improvement in appearance can be achieved through the repair process.
The purpose of windshield repair is to stop the windshield from cracking further. By injecting resin into the damaged area and removing the air pocket, the structural integrity of the glass is restored. Repairs prevent "cracking out" which always requires a new windshield.
For insurance claims, if the crack is longer than a dollar bill (6") the insurance company usually won't pay for the repair. If you do not have glass coverage and cannot afford a new windshield, long cracks can often be repaired.
See my windshield crack repair page for more information.
